Reservation Information
The maximum number of people allowed per site, cabin, and cottage (including visitors) is 6. For the Three Bears Lodge the maximum number of people is 10. For campsite reservations there is a 3 night minimum Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day, and a 2 night minimum on June, July, and August weekends, Columbus Day, and Halloween weekends. For Cabin and Cottage reservations there is a 3 night minimum in June, July, and August and a 2 night minimum all other times. The Three Bears Lodge may be reserved by the week only in June, July, and August and has a 3 night minimum all other times. We cannot guarantee specific cabins or cottages. For Memorial Day, Labor Day, and October weekends, the person in the site or cabin for that weekend, has until Sunday at 1:00pm to reserve that same spot for next year. Cabins, cottages or Three Bears Lodge check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Campsite check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 1pm. Early check-in and late check-out for campsites is $10 and based on availability. There is no early check-in or late check-out for cabins, cottages or Three Bears Lodge. Tents are not allowed at cabins, cottages or Three Bears Lodge. Pets
are not allowed in or around cabins, cottages or Three Bears Lodge.
Comfort cabins, cottages and the Three Bears Lodge require an
additional $100 security deposit when not secured with a credit card.
Cancellations and reservation changes (Please have your confirmation number ready when you call): If cancellations are received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date for a cabin, cottage, or Three Bears Lodge and 7 days for a campsite or golf cart, you may receive a refund minus a $10 bookkeeping fee. No refunds or date changes will be made less than 14 days out for a cabin, cottage, or Three Bears Lodge and 7 days for a campsite or golf cart.
